1. Please be informed that colours may differ slightly due to the camera flash or your computer/handphone display setting. We aim to ensure that the images & description of the items displayed are accurate as possible in terms of colour & size. Whilst every effort has been made to achieve this, we cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will accurately reflect the colour of the product. Thus, strictly no refund/exchange for any colour-related issues.
2. Due to the natural condition of the material, you might see fine lines near the hem, wrinkle marks may still be visible after ironing & scarves may not be 100% perfectly square or rectangle. Strictly no refund/exchange for this issue.
3. Please allow us to process your order in 3 working days AFTER payment has been received (except for pre-orders).
4. Delivery via PosLaju, J&T or Pgeon Delivery will take 1-3 working days (Peninsular Malaysia) or 2-7 working days (Sabah, Sarawak), depending on the courier itself.
5. You will receive an update on the delivery status of your order via email. You may track & trace orders using the tracking number given on the courier's website. Please contact us if you don't receive your tracking number AFTER 3 working days (excluding pre-order).
6. You must take responsibility to track your order. Please note that we will only be able to assist you if the parcel is within our possession. In the event of the parcel is returned to us due to unclaimed delivery, we will contact you to arrange for redelivery & the incurred charges will be borne by the customers.
7. We are not liable for parcels lost in transit. However, we will help customers to apply for compensation from the courier. Successful claim subjected to courier approval. Approval may take up to 3 months.
