1. A refund/exchange will be permitted for faulty items only. If you wish to return your order for any reason, please email us within 3 working days of receiving the item(s). Should the return be approved, the items must arrive to us within 5 working days with NO stains/any kind of marks/body odors/perfume scents/alterations.
2. Strictly no refund/exchange for any color-related, sizing-related issues or nature of fabric issues. Refer to HERE.
3. Reason such as ‘I changed my mind’. ‘I don't want it anymore’, and ‘the color is different from the website’, will not be considered valid grounds for refund or exchange.
4. We will refund you in store credit only. No refund will be made through online banking or cash. You may place a new order using the credit given.
5. Exchange will only be made once we have received the returned item(s).
6. For defective items, all costs of shipping will be borne by us. For exchange items or redelivery charges, all costs of shipping (return from customer & resend to customer) will be borne by the customer.
7. Sale and markdown items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
